It Doesn't transfer to your hooded lid
The pencil sets to a flexible waterproof film in 60 seconds. Once it's set, the folding and unfolding of a hooded lid can't pull the color upward, there's no wax left on the surface to migrate. That's the whole reason most "longwear" pencils fail this test and this one doesn't.
I have hooded lids and usually the eyeliner will show on my lid after a while, but this one stays put.
